• Membership is available to anyone 15 years of age or older.
• The membership fee is for 12 months from the primary member’s join date and is renewable at the end of joined date, of the current year.
• Members are entitled to one additional card per person.
• Membership cards are non-transferable. Only the individual to whom the card is issued may use the card.
• Do not destroy the membership card; new cards are issued upon renewal and payment.
Lost or Stolen Cards
• Report lost or stolen membership cards to the customer service forum at Mike's Card Shop via website or email us at the following email: MIKESCARDSHOP2003@GMAIL.COM
• There is a $3.00 fee for replacement per card.

• Mike's Card Shop will not share our member’s information with others.

• Expires the following day of month joined.

• No setup Fee
• Six Month Membership

• As a Green Member you are also automatically enter into all drawings

• Charge Accounts are for only cards we have in stock.
• Only available for GREEN and RED Memberships
• Cards that are ordered do not qualify.
• Tabs created by any member must be paid within EXACTLY 60 days from the date of purchase otherwise any late fees will be applied to the following account.
• CASH ACCOUNTS EXPIRE WITHIN TWO YEARS OF IN ACTIVITY AND CAN NO LONGER BE USED FOR SHIPPING SERVICES.
